This little hotel is a lovely place to stay right bang in the middle of Castres, a lively, charming town with all the facilities you could want for a great break. The rooms we had were quiet, generous in size, immaculately clean, with comfortable beds and lots of hot water. Breakfast was a step above the 'continental' norm of bread and jam and a croissant, we had a choice of cereals, breads, meats, cheese, boiled eggs etc. Very good. The hotel has a small restaurant area serving simple evening meals of excellent quality but limited choice, the whole town is, after all, on the doorstep for the more adventurous diners. I must give a special thanks to the reception staff who were polite, cheerful and exceptionally helpful. WELL DONE!!!!

Very beautiful property. Rooms were huge and very comfy with air conditioning. We paid for valet parking as streets narrow and hard to find a space. Valet parking was excellent service, no problem at all. Staff and the manager were all lovely and very helpful, very pleased with our choice of accommodation and would stay again. There were 4 of us and we had 2 deluxe suites . We went out for a meal and found lots of bars and restaurants in a nearby square within walking distance

I stayed there one night with 6 friends as part of a motorcycle tour. We had breakfast but not an evening meal. Really warm welcome from the staff, who were also really helpful, made it a real pleasure to arrive. We had booked the secure garaging for our motorcycles and although 200 yards from the hotel it was secure and as we could load and unload at the hotel was not really an inconvience Loved the quirky themed bedrooms Great buffet breakfast in the morning

Superb location, close to parking (you can park yourself easily in a nearby underground carpark). Very nicely furnished and equipped room, spacious. Although it was a Sunday night, when it is typically quite difficult to find an open restaurant in France, the receptionist-cum-entire staff on duty produced one of the most delicious and memorable meals of my three-week trip

Hotel is very well located and the staff in particular are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Valet parking works well and is very secure. Castres is an interesting town and we would recommend the Creperie du Coin for excellent savoury and dessert crepes. We also had good meals at O Victoria and Bistro des Saveurs and would recommend both.
